ال super hero بمفهوم مختلف

لكن بمفهوم جديد-Super hero 💪 ~

طبعا مفهوم السوبر هيرو عندنا كلنا انه بطل خارق عنده قدرات خارقة و بينقذ الناس  وبمجرد ما بيجي في بالنا اسم البطل الخارق هنفتكر حد زي باتمان مثلا او سوبر مان ، طب ايه رأيك بقي ان في سوبر هيرو جديد انت متعرفهوش  هنتكلم عنه انهاردة هو سوبر هيرو من نوع تاني وان كان اكثرهم واقعيه  ..

السوبر ده هو مريض السرطان   

مريض السرطان   عنده قدرات خارقة ف الصبر و التحمل و حب الحياه

. و جنب انواع العلاج الكتير الي بيتعرضلها زي العلاج الكيماوي و الاشعاعي و غيره 

   في نوع  مميز من العلاج  لازم نوفره علشان نتطمن علي الحاله النفسيه للبطل بتاعنا

مفهوم العلاج ده بيتلخص في مصطلح اسمه ( العناية التلطيفية)  ودي بتكون عبارة عن رعاية طبية متعددة التخصصات هدفها تحسين نوعية الحياة  و تخفيف المعاناة بين الاشخاص 

الي بتعاني من امراض خطيرة و معقدة تهدد حياتها زي ابطالنا الي بنتكلم عنهم 

:الرعاية التلطيفية دي بيكون ليها فريق خاص بيها و كمان بيكون ليها جوانب

:اولها.. الرعاية البدنية 

ودي عن طريقها بيحددوا مصادر الالم و بيحاولوا يخففوا منها من خلال استعمال بعض الادوية و منها المسكنات البسيطة زي الاسبرين و المسكنات المتوسطة زي الترامادول و المسكنات الشديدة زي المورفين علي حسب طبيعة الم المريض وده طبعا 

بيكون بالتعاون مع الاطباء المعالجين. 

-ثانيها.. الرعاية النفسية 

 وده عن طريق المساعدة في علاج الاكتئاب و الحزن و مشاكل الصحة العقلية ،و كمان مساعدة العائلة و ده عن طريق تعليمات لتهيئة الوسط للمريض و الدعم النفسي و هكذا .

-آخر جانب بقي و يارب ماتكونش زهقت مني 

الرعاية الروحية 

، و ده عن طريق توفير الاحتياجات الدينية و ده بيشمل دعم و نصح رجال الدين للمريض و اسرته ..الانصات و ده انهم يسمحوا بزيارة الاهل و الاصدقاء او يوفروا للمريض وقت انهم يسمعوه لما يحكي عن معاناته النفسية او الجسدية. 

يعني ببساطه مفيش سوبر هيرو من غير جمهور ومشجعين  فالسوبر هيرو بتاعنا محتاج ان يكون ليه معجبين و مشجعين يساندوه علشان يقدر يكمل و ده الي بتوفرهوله الرعاية التلطيفية الي اتكلمنا عنها 

مش هطول عليك اكتر من كدا لان اكيد فصلت مني..يارب اكون قدرت افيدك

our Superhero  is a cancer patient

The cancer patient has extraordinary abilities in patience, endurance, and love of life.

 And along with many types of treatment that are exposed to them, such as chemotherapy, radiation, and others

   In a special kind of need to provide it, so we can be assured of the psychological state of our hero

The concept of this treatment is summed up in the term palliative care, which is multidisciplinary medical care that aims to improve the quality of life and reduce suffering among people

Those who suffer from serious and complex life-threatening diseases, such as our heroes, we talk about them

Palliative Care: This is one of the methods of treating a cancer patient, and it has a team of its own, and it also has an aspect

The first is physical care

Through it, they identify the sources of pain and try to relieve them through the use of some medications, including simple analgesics such as aspirin and medium analgesics such as tramadol and severe analgesics such as morphine, according to the nature of the patient's pain, and of course, this will be in cooperation with the treating doctors.

The second ... psychological care

 This is by helping to treat depression, sadness, and mental health problems, as well as helping the family, by way of instructions to prepare the patient's environment, psychological support, and so on.

Spiritual care

And this is by providing religious needs, and this includes the support and advice of the clergy to the patient and his family ... listening, and they allow visits to family and friends or providing the patient at a time when they hear him when he talks about his psychological or physical suffering.

I mean, simply, there is no superhero without fans and fans. Super Hero needs us to have fans and fans to support him so that he can complete, and this is available with palliative care that we talked about.
